This Privacy Notice explains how Deep Fission, Inc. (“Deep Fission,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal data in connection with any websites, products, services, or applications that reference or link to this Privacy Notice (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Notice does not address our privacy practices relating to job applicants, employees, contractors, or other employment-related individuals, nor does it apply to data that is not subject to applicable data protection laws (such as deidentified or publicly available information in certain jurisdictions). Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that personal data has been collected from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information.
