Jabu Dayton is the founder and CEO of Jabu HR, a consulting firm specializing in people operations for startups and scaling companies. With over 25 years of experience—including leadership roles at Nordstrom and early Airbnb—Jabu brings deep expertise in HR, executive coaching, compliance, and culture building.
Since launching Jabu HR in 2014, she has served as interim Chief People Officer for 27+ companies across tech, fintech, healthcare, green energy, and more. She’s known for her strategic, employee-first approach and as a tireless advocate for equity and inclusion in the workplace.
Jabu is a graduate of The Evergreen State College and an active mentor, volunteer, yogi, and traveler.
